I specialize in bringing effective custom technical support and network solutions to small and medium sized businesses in the twin cities area with a focus on simplicity, security, stability, and affordability. I have helped setup over 60 small office networks in the last 2 years varying in size from 3 to 20 users. About me:
After spending the last two years as a systems administrator for a nationwide company trying to work with part-time tech support contractors dispatched from offices hundreds of miles away to get things done at remote facilities around the country and having to make them go back several times in almost every case to get the problem fixed correctly, I decided that there has to be a better way and I am throwing my hat into the ring. What I charge:
My rates are honest and competitive and less than most other services like Geek Squad. For large jobs, this rate is negotiable and I will be happy to give you a free estimate.
My rate on site is $50/ hr.
Remote Support is $40 /hr.
Travel is billed at .50 per mile.
Insurance:
Before I leave site, you have an opportunity to sign off on any work I do. I will not leave site until you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the work I do, I will return it to how I found it and there will be no charge.
I will make a follow up call on the next business day to make sure that everything is working as it should.
All work is guaranteed for 60 days.
